Refund Policy


At Eureka Learnings, we strive to ensure that our learners have a satisfying experience with our platform. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for courses, live classes, and training programs offered through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Course Enrollment: If you have enrolled in a course and are not satisfied with the content or experience, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of enrollment.
  • Live Classes & Training Programs: Refund requests for live classes and training programs must be made within 7 days of the course start date.

2. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within the 7-day refund period.
  • The course or training program must not have been completed. If more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or the live class has been fully attended, the refund request may be denied.
  • Refunds will not be granted for courses or programs that have been marked as completed.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide the details of your enrollment, including the course or program name and your reasons for requesting a refund.
  • Our team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The amount would be credited to your bank account within 5 to 6 days .

5. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the refund request is made after the 7-day refund period.
  • If the course or program has been fully completed or a significant portion has been accessed.
  • If the refund request is based on issues unrelated to the course content or delivery, such as personal preferences or schedule changes.

6. Course Cancellations

In the event that a course or training program is canceled by Eureka Learnings, you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the time elapsed since enrollment.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

Eureka Learnings reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or a notification on our platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
